Your training session results collected in accordance with this Privacy Policy may be:

used to calculate the "global average" displayed on the Results Summary graph;
published in summary form for the purpose of research, education and/or reporting, without identification of individual users/trainees.

Access to the Website is made available to you by The New Zealand Institute for Plant and Food Research Limited ("Plant & Food Research") and is subject to your payment of the applicable charges. These terms of use apply irrespective of whether you are registering in a trial basis or are purchasing an annual license to use the Website.

Upon payment of the applicable charges Plant & Food Research will grant you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to access and use the Website for a period of twelve consecutive calendar months (the "Licence"). Upon expiry of your License, upon payment of the applicable renewal charges your Licence will automatically renew for consecutive twelve month terms.

Restrictions

Except as expressly permitted by the terms of the License, you must not copy, download, display, reproduce, distribute, modify, edit, alter, translate, adopt or enhance any of the Website in any manner or reverse engineer or decompile any code, script, or software forming part of Website, or permit any third party to do same. Charges for the website are payable as detailed here with payment due upon registration and on each renewal date. All amounts are expressed in New Zealand dollars and exclude any applicable taxes, duties or levies, which are also payable by you. All charges are non refundable and not subject to return or credit for any reason.

User Logins and Passwords

The Website is restricted to authorized users only and can only be accessed with the login account and password assigned to you. You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login details and must notify Plant & Food Research if the password is lost, stolen or may have been compromised. You must immediately notify Plant & Food Research of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach or attempted breach of security known to you in relation to the Website.
